I’ve changed my mind, what is your Return Policy?
If you change your mind and we haven’t shipped your order, just let us know by emailing us at help@beautycrush.com and we’ll refund you the money. If you’ve already received the products and have changed your mind within 14 days, we’ll refund you the money, given the products haven’t been used.


How long is delivery after the item has been sent?

We will work on shipping out your order after the pre-sales have ended. While we’ll be working as hard as possible to get the items boxed, labelled and sent as quickly as possible, the arrival date will also be dependent on where you’re located and the shipping method you’ve chosen.


How do I change my shipping address, I’ve moved residence since I placed the order.

What is your policy on faulty products?

Our goal is to ensure that no faulty products reach you. However, on the rare occasion that you do receive a damaged or faulty product, a full refund will be made if we are notified of the problem within 30 days of delivery by phone, email or otherwise in writing and the faulty product has been returned to our trading address.
